This single family home is conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood in the SouthWest Cape on a double wide canal with a short walk to Cape Harbour Marina. Lots of shopping and dining choices available, whether you are in the mood for a nice dinner or appetizers and drinks at the tiki bar.

Once you have checked in to our secured home you can fish right off our private dock, (catch anything you can catch in the Ocean), play a game of ping pong, or take the bikes for a therapeutic ride to Camelot Park for a game of Tennis.

Smell the Tropical Flowers of our landscape while you lay by the huge pool and sun-bake, or paddle the kayak through an eco tour of Punta Blanca Bay just down the Eternity Canal (25 ft. deep).

We are also close to many great local beaches so you can take day trips by car or boat!
