A family-owned vacation rental and real estate company on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, based in Cape Coral and run by Stephanie and Joe DeLisle. Three vacation homes we own, manage and care for ourselves, and one buyer’s agent for people moving down from the Midwest.

The real estate half. She represents the person buying, not the seller.

Most of her clients are buying into Southwest Florida from the Midwest: snowbirds trading a northern winter for a lanai, families relocating, and investors sizing up a rental. Nearly all of them are several states away while it happens, so the job is video tours, straight answers about the neighborhood, the negotiation, and inspections, financing and closing coordinated from here.
