Three homes. Three different trips.

Sunshine Endeavors is a family-owned vacation rental and real estate company in Cape Coral, Florida, and this is the whole rental side of it: two houses in Cape Coral and one condo on Fort Myers Beach. Stephanie and Joe own them, clean them, fix them and answer the phone about them. There is no management company between you and the people whose house it is.

    Twelve people, five bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a canal behind the house that reaches the Gulf. Heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, outdoor kitchen. The kayaks and paddleboards are already there — you do not rent them from anybody.

    The one where nobody sits down

    Also Cape Coral, and a completely different day. The backyard is the biggest room in this house — most of what a group does here happens out there, and then everybody comes in hungry. If your trip is towels on the fence and dinner late, this is the one.

    Fort Myers Beach Condo

    No boat, no schedule

    The only one that isn’t in Cape Coral and the only one that isn’t a house. A condo on Estero Island, high up on the bay side, for the trip where the plan is the lanai, a book, and dinner somewhere on the island. Sanibel is close, Fort Myers is close, and the whole point is that you do not have to go to either.

You will be talking to Stephanie or Joe, not a queue. If a house is wrong for your group we will say so — an unhappy twelve-person weekend is worse for us than an empty one.
